  • 3 dashes Sass & Sizzle
  • Grated nutmeg, for garnish

1. Thique Toddy

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz honey
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Thique
  • Hot water
  • Lemon wheel and cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine bourbon, honey, lemon juice, and Thique in a mug.
  2. Top with hot water and stir until the honey dissolves.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick.

2. Spiced Tea Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes Thique
  • 1 egg white or aquafaba
  • Cardamom pod, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
